We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital items,

Please contact us for assistance if you are having file issues and we will do our best to assist.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized items, pre-orders, buy ins or blanks.

Please note times and temps will vary from convection ovens, tumbler press and heat presses.

Before attempting sublimation, please research appropriate times and temps, but note that all machines are different and while a temp and time may work for me- you may have to adjust your settings.

We do except exchanges on items that are new, unwashed and unused.

Please contact us if you receive a damaged item. Most packages are insured and you may have to file a claim with USPS or UPS If the package appears to be mishandled.
